Good to know
Does the other person need an app?
No. iPhones and most Android phones read NFC without any app. Phones without NFC can scan the QR code on the back of the card instead.
Do I need a paid qtap plan?
No. The card is a one-time payment with no subscription, and it works with any qtap account. The Free plan is enough for a simple page, but it's limited. Paid plans add richer features: more pages and blocks, contact forms and booking, your own domain, no qtap branding and longer analytics.
What if I change my page or username?
Edit your page as often as you like and the card keeps working. If you change your username, contact us and we'll point your card to the new link.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide, except the United States for now. Most orders arrive in 1 to 3 weeks.
Can I put my company logo on the card?
Yes. Choose the logo card ($49) and we'll email you after checkout to get your logo file. You'll see a preview before we print.
Can I order cards for my team?
Yes. For 2 or 3 cards, change the quantity at checkout. For 4 cards or more, contact us at qtap.cc/contact for team pricing, your company logo on every card and help setting up each person's page.
My card arrived damaged or doesn't work.
